To merge, split, compress, convert, edit or otherwise process a document, you upload it to our service. We handle your files as follows:

• Purpose only: files are processed only to perform the task you selected.
• Encrypted transfer: uploads and downloads use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Automatic deletion: uploaded files and processed results are deleted automatically from our servers within 2 hours of processing. Some tools may process files entirely in your browser, in which case the file never reaches our servers.
• No access or reuse: we do not open, read, review, sell, share or use the contents of your files for any other purpose, including advertising or training.
• Password-protected files: passwords you enter to unlock or protect a PDF are used only for that task and are not stored.

Please do not upload documents you are not authorised to process.

You can use our tools without creating an account. We collect limited information:

• Usage data: pages visited, tools used, time spent, referring website, and approximate location (country/city) — collected through analytics.
